Here at Wade Hampton Vet our goal is to provide our clients and patients with the quickest, safest and most importantly friendliest care that we can provide! We strive to be the “calm during your storm” of stress and worry of your sick animal. Our staff here is trained on all aspects of a simple wellness visits to most emergency related visits. We want to be the loving hands and voice you or your pet needs and here at Wade Hampton we promise to provide that!

DR. MARILYN MICHIE-GRIST

DVM

Dr. Marilyn Michie-Grist is a graduate from University of Georgia. She has been in the vet field since July 1974.

In her spare time, Dr. Grist enjoys her botanical garden at home, along with her cats and dogs.

Amanda Miller

Head Receptionist

Amanda has been a valued member of our clinic for numerous years. She not only loves her job but also fulfills a multitude of roles here. Simultaneously engaging with clients on the phone while attending to those she has just tested in a room exemplifies her multitasking prowess. Her affection extends to her two dogs, Chevy and Pumpkin (pictured), whom she cherishes spending time with. Remarkably, both of her dogs were rescued just hours before facing a tragic fate. Amanda’s compassion extends to both animals and humans, as she consistently goes above and beyond to offer assistance whenever needed.

Mrs. Angela Cobbler

Lead Kennel Tech

Angela has been a part of our team for several years now. She has a very strong passion for all fur babies but her heart has a special place for rescue babies and special needs animals. She has a big heart and is always willing to lend a helping hand when ever she is needed. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family and volunteering with her grandson at the local humane society.

Mrs. Pat Mason

Mobile Associate

Pat has been with our clinic since 2012 and has been in charge of our mobile clinic since then as well. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband, kids, and grandkids. She has several fur babies that she loves spoiling also!

Meredith Phillips

Administer Assistant

Meredith has been with us for a few years. She is a military wife and loves being a mommy to Nathan and Raegan. Her family is complete with her chocolate lab, AJ. She loves Clemson football and she loves to help others.
